White latex is a kind of water-soluble adhesive, usually called white latex or PVAC lotion for short, which can be widely used to bond paper products, as well as waterproof coatings and wood adhesives.
1, Production process of white latex equipment:
1) Add raw materials and emulsifiers to the emulsification tank for emulsification, filtration, and obtain PVAC monomer.
2) Add fully emulsified PVAC monomers and initiators to a stainless steel reactor, stir, and mix thoroughly.
3) Stop heating, control the temperature below 80 ºC, add PVAC monomer and initiator again, and add all the raw materials in about 8 hours.
4) When the temperature rises to around 93 ºC, keep it warm for 30 minutes. Complete polymerization reaction
5) Cool down to below 50 ºC, add additives, and control the pH value.
6) The entire production process involves continuous stirring in the reactor. When it cools to room temperature, the white latex product is produced, and stirring is stopped, filtered, and packaged.

2 The reaction kettle can be made of stainless steel materials such as SUS304 and SUS316L. Mixers include anchor type, frame type, paddle type, turbine type, scraper type, combination type, and the rotating mechanism can use cycloidal pinwheel reducer, continuously variable speed reducer, or variable frequency speed regulation, which can meet the special reaction requirements of various materials.
3 The sealing device can adopt sealing structures such as mechanical seals and packing seals.
4 Heating and cooling can adopt structures such as jacket, half tube, coil, Miller plate, etc. The heating methods include steam, electric heating, and thermal oil to meet the process requirements of different working environments such as acid resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
