Working principle:
The horizontal double spiral belt mixer efficiently and quickly mixes materials. Under the movement of the spiral belt in the mixing shaft, the inner and outer spiral belts flip the materials over a large range. The inner spiral belt moves the materials to both sides, while the outer spiral belt moves the materials from both sides to the inside, mixing the materials back and forth. The other part of the materials are pushed by the spiral belt and move radially along the axial direction, forming a convective circulation. Due to the stirring of the aforementioned movements, the material achieves rapid and uniform mixing in a relatively short period of time.
