The powerful disperser is a multifunctional high-speed disperser equipped with 2 high-speed motors and 1 low-speed motor, with a maximum speed of up to 3000 revolutions per minute. The strong dispersing machine is suitable for stirring materials such as silicone adhesive, electronic sealant, RTV adhesive, epoxy adhesive, polyurethane adhesive, cosmetics, lithium batteries, etc; The disperser has a strong dispersing effect on materials, allowing solid liquid powder paste and other forms of materials to be fully mixed under high-speed motion. The strong dispersing function meets the process requirements of homogeneous stirring, polymerization reaction, vulcanization, sulfonation dispersion, dissolution, and tempering required by the chemical industry. The mixing process and equipment can be customized according to requirements.

The mountain shaped scraper inside the kettle rotates around the axis of the kettle body, scraping out the raw materials stuck on the wall and bottom, making its effect more ideal. The equipment has good sealing performance, can be vacuumed, and has a good exhaust and defoaming effect. The equipment is of hydraulic lifting type, with a stroke lifting on the upper beam, and the cylinder body can move freely, making operation very convenient. The form of agitator can be multi-layer blade type, frame type, butterfly type, impeller type, etc. according to material requirements. Usually, variable frequency speed regulation is used to meet various process requirements.

Instructions for using the powerful disperser:
Press the up button to raise horizontally and vertically to the desired height, then stop. Push in the kettle and lock it firmly. Press the down button to lower the crossbeam, and the slurry shaft will stop when it is about 50-100mm away from the material cylinder mouth. Confirm that the material cylinder is installed in place, then jog the crossbeam to lower. Wait until the slurry shaft enters the material cylinder before lowering. When it is in place, it will stop when it touches the limit switch. At this time, the silicone strip on the sealing cover is just pressing against the material cylinder mouth.
Start the planetary carrier low-speed slurry shaft and high-speed dispersion shaft through a frequency converter, and adjust from low-speed to high-speed for stirring. According to the production process, various materials can be added from each pipe opening
