When the planetary frame rotates, it drives the three stirring shafts (stirring methods include: door frame type, multi-layer paddle type, claw type, twist type, etc.), dispersion shaft, and emulsification shaft (optional) in the box to revolve around the axis of the barrel while rotating at high speed, so that the material is subjected to strong shearing and kneading effects to achieve the purpose of full dispersion and mixing; there is a scraper on the planetary frame that rotates with the planetary frame and scrapes the barrel wall continuously. The barrel wall is finely processed by a large vertical lathe and then polished by a large automatic polishing machine to ensure that the movable scraper on the planetary frame completely scrapes off the material on the barrel wall when rotating, so that there is no retained material on the barrel wall and the mixing effect is improved. The double-column hydraulic lifting bracket is flat, fast and light to operate.

Q: Why does it take at least 30 days to finish the machine?
A: Once receipt the deposit from you, we will design the drawings and make out the list of the materials and accessories for the production. Once the drawings are finished, our workers will start the production, from welding, polishing, assembling,debugging, detection and so on. After finish, they need time to check the machines, if found any possible defect parts, they will return to the production until every part is 100% approved.

A: We can send you a draft drawing of the machines, and after you place order and pay the deposit, our engineer will design the specific technical parameters fo you and send you the detailed drawings.Once you confirm without questions, we will put it intoproduction.
