Stainless Steel Reactor Used for producing silicone oil is the main reaction and stirring equipment in chemical production, generally with stainless steel reactor, carbon steel reactor, stirring reactor and other structures:
1. Transmission mechanism: motor, reducer, frame, coupling, bearing, connecting plate, etc.
2. Reaction vessel (kettle): The thickness of the plate is determined according to the capacity and the design pressure required for the material reaction; the material is generally stainless steel (304 stainless steel, 321 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel), carbon steel (A3);
3. Heat transfer device: There are jackets, inner coils, outer coils, etc.; Heating is carried out by organic heat carrier circulation (thermal oil) or steam, hot water, etc.; Cooling is carried out by cooling water, chilled water, cold thermal oil or natural wind, etc.;
4. Stirring device: paddle stirring, anchor paddle stirring, double propeller stirring, turbine paddle stirring, dispersion plate, butterfly paddle, etc.;
5. Stirring speed: The stirring speed is selected according to the material stirring requirements. Generally speaking, 50 rpm-85 rpm are generally selected for the mixing reaction of several liquid materials. If it is required to disperse the powder into the liquid, 500 rpm-1500 rpm are generally selected. If it is required to emulsify oil in water or emulsify and mix two incompatible liquids, 2500 rpm-3500 rpm are generally selected.
6. Sealing device: mechanical seal, packing seal, etc.;
7. The accessories of the complete set of reactor equipment generally include distillation column, heat exchanger, water separator, etc.

Damage caused by external environmental corrosion is not covered by the warranty.
Equipment production cycle: Delivery to the factory within 60 days from the date of contract signing and receipt of advance payment, and installation and commissioning of equipment within 30 days.
Equipment payment method: 40% advance payment is paid after the contract is signed, and 60% is paid before delivery.
Provide system operation manual, maintenance manual, circuit drawings and electrical controller manuals, all manuals are in simplified Chinese.
All electrical, mechanical and air compressor control drawings must comply with the standards, and all control circuit layouts must correspond to the drawings in full.
