Applicable scope:

Working principle:
When using a plow blade high-efficiency mixer for mixing, the materials inside the machine, under the action of the plow blade, on the one hand, act along the inner wall of the cylinder towards the radial end, and on the other hand, splash along the lines on both sides of the plow blade. When the material flows through the flying knife, it is strongly scattered by the high-speed rotating flying knife. Under the combined action of the plow and flying knife, the material continuously convection, diffusion, and flipping, thereby achieving uniform mixing in a very short time.

Specific features:
1. Transmission part
The standard product is driven by a cycloidal pinwheel planetary reducer, which is then driven by a coupling. Elastic connection reducers driven by belts can also be used to protect the transmission components during overloading.
2. High speed flying knife
The evenly distributed plow blade inside the cylinder acts towards the radial end along the inner wall of the cylinder during operation, and on the other hand, it splashes along the line direction on both sides of the plow blade, causing animal material to flow along the circular cylinder in a circular manner. The high-speed rotating flying blade assists in mixing and dispersing and depolymerizing agglomerates.
3. Mixing shape and speed
The flying blade group with multi-layer blades is directly connected to the motor, and the standard speed is generally 1450r/min; According to the differences in material characteristics, flying knives have multiple shapes and speed options. The stirring blade is generally 85 r/min, tilted at a certain angle.
4. Sealing device
Generally, packing seal with F4 (soft seal with hard seal) is used to ensure durability. For low sealing requirements, double oil seal can also be used. The horizontal cylinder is made of steel plates and has sealing requirements at each connection, ensuring that the equipment can work under micro pressure conditions.
5. Atomizing nozzle
Above the flying knife, an atomizing nozzle can be added to achieve liquid mixing. As the material at this position has a lower aggregation density under the cutting of the flying knife, the atomized liquid material is easier to enter and mix with the powder material.
6. Feed cleaning
The square door opened on the side of the cylinder can be used for observation and cleaning, and can be equipped with a sealing gasket and locked tightly; Travel switches can be installed.
7. Discharge method
